Here is an Amish woman making hot dog pretzels (pretzel hot dogs?).

I believe they are referred to as “pretzel dogs” and they are DELICIOUS

I just watched a remarkable and insightful documentary in titled ”the Amish” featured on P.B.S.’s “American Experience”. it is a very revealing look into their way of living.
